ser\u00e1 retomada ap\u00f3s o fim do prazo. Por isso \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ficar atento e renovar o pedido, se for o caso.\n\nA sua disciplina \u00e9 dada no Capitulo VII artigos 31 e seguintes da\u00a0<strong><a style=\"color: #527145; text-decoration: none;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cfess.org.br\/arquivos\/Resolucaocfess1014-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CFESS n\u00b0 1014\/2010<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Art. 31 Ser\u00e1 concedida isen\u00e7\u00e3o de anuidade\/s a\/ao profissional que fizer requerimento eletr\u00f4nico no ambiente de servi\u00e7os online com fundamento em uma das hip\u00f3teses previstas na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Anuidades vigente\n<ul>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Primeiro \u2013 Ap\u00f3s envio do requerimento, o setor administrativo do CRESS avaliar\u00e1 o conte\u00fado, gerando pend\u00eancia, quando for o caso, que dever\u00e1 ser sanada em 20 dias corridos, contados a partir do envio do comunicado, sob pena de indeferimento.<\/li>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Segundo \u2013 Ao final da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 encaminhado comunicado de confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do envio do requerimento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 32 O pedido ser\u00e1 dirigido ao CRESS, instru\u00eddo, conforme o caso, com:\n<ul>\n \t<li>I \u2013 Comprovante da miss\u00e3o ou mudan\u00e7a tempor\u00e1ria para outro pa\u00eds, com prazo de perman\u00eancia no exterior;<\/li>\n \t<li>II \u2013 Documento m\u00e9dico que comprove a incapacidade para o trabalho;<\/li>\n \t<li>III \u2013 Documento que comprove a priva\u00e7\u00e3o de liberdade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 33 Os pedidos de isen\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o decididos pela Comiss\u00e3o de Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o\/Registro e homologados pelo Conselho Pleno, no prazo de at\u00e9 45 dias corridos.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Primeiro \u2013 Da decis\u00e3o de indeferimento ao pedido de isen\u00e7\u00e3o caber\u00e1 recurso ao CFESS, no prazo de 30 dias corridos, contados do conhecimento inequ\u00edvoco da decis\u00e3o.<\/li>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Segundo \u2013 Recebido o recurso, o CRESS remeter\u00e1 c\u00f3pia integral dos autos ao CFESS em at\u00e9 15 dias corridos, que julgar\u00e1 o caso em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia administrativa no prazo de at\u00e9 45 dias corridos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 34 A isen\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o estar\u00e1 vinculada ao pagamento dos d\u00e9bitos anteriores ao seu deferimento, que caso n\u00e3o sejam quitados pelas vias administrativas, ser\u00e3o cobrados judicialmente.<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 35 A isen\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento de anuidade\/s ser\u00e1 deferida a todos os meses em que o\/a profissional comprovar o cumprimento dos requisitos normativamente previstos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nO envio da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feito EXCLUSIVAMENTE pelos\u00a0<strong><a style=\"color: #527145; text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/cress-mt.implanta.net.br\/servicosonline\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Servi\u00e7os On-line<\/a><\/strong>. Portanto, caso ainda n\u00e3o tenha cadastro, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio faz\u00ea-lo. destacamos tamb\u00e9m que conforme a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CFESS 427\/2002 os profissionais com 60 (sessenta) anos ou mais tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o isentos de anuidade, conforme os artigos de 1 a 7 da referida publica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><ul><li>Art. 1\u00ba \u2013 Fica dispensado do pagamento da anuidade perante o CRESS de sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, o Assistente Social que completar 60 (sessenta) anos de idade.<ul><li>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico \u2013 A dispensa do pagamento das anuidades para os profissionais que completarem 60 (sessenta) anos de idade, ap\u00f3s a vig\u00eancia da presente Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e1 concedida, automaticamente pelo CRESS, a partir do exerc\u00edcio do referido anivers\u00e1rio, sem qualquer exig\u00eancia de formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pedido ou requerimento, estando, por\u00e9m,<br \/>condicionado \u00e0 satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o de suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es pecuni\u00e1rias perante o CRESS, at\u00e9 o exerc\u00edcio anterior.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Art. 2\u00ba \u2013 A dispensa do pagamento das anuidades para os assistentes sociais que completaram 60 (sessenta) anos, passa a ser automatica e a surtir seus regulares<br \/>efeitos de direito, sem necessidade de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ou formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pedido ou requerimento, a partir de mar\u00e7o de 2002.<\/li><li>Art. 3\u00ba \u2013 Os Conselhos Regionais de Servi\u00e7o Social \u2013 CRESS, dever\u00e3o dar publicidade dos termos da presente Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 categoria de assistentes sociais,<br \/>em seus ve\u00edculos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e dever\u00e3o criar, imediatamente, procedimentos administrativos para operacionalizar os crit\u00e9rios consubstanciados nesta norma.<\/li><li>Art. 4\u00ba \u2013 A dispensa do pagamento da anuidade, de forma autom\u00e1tica, n\u00e3o surtir\u00e1 efeitos retroativos, nem conceder\u00e1 direitos de devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de valores pagos, a t\u00edtulo<br \/>de anuidade por aqueles que, por ventura, pagaram anuidades ap\u00f3s completarem 60 (sessenta) anos, em raz\u00e3o da aus\u00eancia de formula\u00e7\u00e3o do pedido respectivo.<\/li><li>Art. 5\u00ba \u2013 Aos assistentes sociais beneficiados pela presente Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e3o garantidos todos os direitos relativos aos inscritos no CRESS.<\/li><li>Art. 6\u00ba \u2013 Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio, e ratificam-se as demais, n\u00e3o alteradas pela presente Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o e previstas pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CFESS n\u00ba 299\/94, de<br \/>30 de outubro de 1994.<\/li><li>Art. 7\u00ba \u2013 Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor a partir do m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o do ano de 2002, devendo ser publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial
