pedido est\u00e1 disciplinado no Capitulo III dos artigos 13 ao 21 da\u00a0<a style=\"color: #527145; text-decoration: none;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cfess.org.br\/arquivos\/Resolucaocfess1014-2022.pdf\"><strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CFESS n\u00b01014\/2022<\/strong><\/a>.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Art. 13 A transfer\u00eancia de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o principal de um CRESS para outro ser\u00e1 requerida junto ao CRESS de origem por meio de requerimento eletr\u00f4nico no ambiente de servi\u00e7os online.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Primeiro \u2013 Ap\u00f3s envio do requerimento, o setor administrativo do CRESS avaliar\u00e1 o conte\u00fado, gerando pend\u00eancia, quando for o caso, que dever\u00e1 ser sanada em 20 dias corridos, contados a partir do envio do comunicado, sob pena de indeferimento.<\/li>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Segundo \u2013 Ao final da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 encaminhado comunicado de confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do envio do requerimento.<\/li>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Terceiro \u2013 A transfer\u00eancia poder\u00e1 ser requerida por procurador\/a que apresente instrumento p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Quarto \u2013 N\u00e3o caber\u00e1 pedido de transfer\u00eancia, se o processo de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o principal, junto ao CRESS de origem, n\u00e3o tiver sido homologado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 14 Existindo d\u00e9bito da\/o interessada\/o com o CRESS de origem, a\/o profissional dever\u00e1 regularizar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o mediante pagamento \u00e0 vista ou acordo administrativo nos termos da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CFESS sobre anuidades e taxas vigentes.<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 15 Ap\u00f3s verificada as condi\u00e7\u00f5es dispostas no artigo anterior, o CRESS de origem remeter\u00e1 ao CRESS de destino, no prazo de at\u00e9 15 dias corridos, todos os seguintes documentos:\n<ul>\n \t<li>I \u2013 Formul\u00e1rio de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de transfer\u00eancia da\/o interessada\/o;<\/li>\n \t<li>II \u2013 Certid\u00e3o de inteiro teor dos assentamentos constantes sobre a\/o interessada\/o, inclusive quanto a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00e9bitos e processos disciplinares e\/ou \u00e9ticos;<\/li>\n \t<li>III \u2013 Comprovante do repasse da anuidade proporcional, caso a\/o profissional ja\u0301 tenha efetuado o pagamento junto ao CRESS de origem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 16 Recebidos os documentos, o CRESS de destino verificar\u00e1 se est\u00e3o em conformidade e notificar\u00e1, no prazo de at\u00e9 10 dias corridos, a\/o profissional para apresentar o Requerimento de expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do Documento de Identidade Profissional preenchido e efetuar o pagamento da taxa de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o (abrangendo a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do DIP).<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 17 Ap\u00f3s efetuado o pagamento da taxa a que se refere o artigo anterior, o pedido de transfer\u00eancia ser\u00e1 decidido pela Comiss\u00e3o Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o\/Registro e homologado pelo Conselho Pleno do CRESS, em at\u00e9 30 dias corridos do recebimento da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Primeiro \u2013 Em caso de indeferimento do pedido de transfer\u00eancia pelo Conselho Pleno do CRESS, caber\u00e1 recurso ao CFESS no prazo de 30 dias corridos, contados do conhecimento inequ\u00edvoco da decis\u00e3o.<\/li>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Segundo \u2013 Recebido o recurso, o CRESS remeter\u00e1 c\u00f3pia integral dos autos ao CFESS em at\u00e9 15 dias corridos, que julgar\u00e1 o caso em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia administrativa no prazo de at\u00e9 45 dias corridos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 18 O CRESS de destino disponibilizar\u00e1 na plataforma eletr\u00f4nica certid\u00e3o, com validade de 30 dias corridos, informando que a\/o profissional encontra-se em processo de transfer\u00eancia.<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 19 A transfer\u00eancia, quando conclu\u00edda, ter\u00e1 efeitos retroativos \u00e0 data de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do pedido pela\/o profissional.<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 20 Constatada a exist\u00eancia de representa\u00e7\u00e3o com procedimento \u00e9tico-disciplinar instaurado contra a\/o requerente no CRESS de origem, o pedido de transfer\u00eancia ser\u00e1 deferido de forma provis\u00f3ria, ficando a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o da transfer\u00eancia condicionada ao resultado da decis\u00e3o transitada em julgado.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Primeiro \u2013 Neste per\u00edodo, a\/o profissional continuara\u0301 inscrita\/o no CRESS de origem, sendo facultado acompanhar os atos processuais para apura\u00e7\u00e3o de responsabilidade \u00e9ticodisciplinar ate\u0301 sua conclus\u00e3o.<\/li>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Segundo \u2013 Enquanto a\/o profissional continuar vinculada\/o ao CRESS para responder processo \u00e9tico, estar\u00e1 isenta\/o do pagamento de anuidade no CRESS de origem.<\/li>\n \t<li>Par\u00e1grafo Terceiro \u2013 Ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2nsito em julgado, o CRESS de origem comunicar\u00e1 o CRESS de destino, que concluir\u00e1 o processo de transfer\u00eancia, exceto no caso de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da penalidade de cassa\u00e7\u00e3o do registro profissional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Art. 21 A\/o profissional transferida\/o pagar\u00e1 ao CRESS de destino a anuidade do exerc\u00edcio vigente, observando o disposto no inciso III do artigo 15.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nO envio da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feito EXCLUSIVAMENTE pelos\u00a0<strong><a style=\"color: #527145; text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/cress-mt.implanta.net.br\/servicosonline\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Servi\u00e7os On-line<\/a><\/strong>. Portanto, caso ainda n\u00e3o tenha cadastro, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio faz\u00ea-lo.
